Tropea, Calabria

Adorned with little alleys that nudge up against cliff-sides, and breath taking views of the waters off the coast, this gem puts you in the heart of Calabria, and not far from some of the best beaches in Italy.
Bobbio, Emilia Romagna

Along the Trebbia river in the province of Piacenza in Emilia Romagna sits Bobbio, a quintessential Northern Italian village surrounded by rolling hills and appointed with architecture that dates back as early as 614. Take a stroll along the famous Ponte Gobbo bridge, and have a leisurely meal at one of the towns many little restaurants.
Palmanova, Friuli Venezia Giulia

Known for its distinctive star shape, whose design dates back to the Venetian rulers of the 1500s, Palmanova is an elegant, and quite unique Renaissance walled town that is worth a visit if you are in the areas of Undine or Trieste.
